And this is one of the reasons why people should not get angry when I refuse to give the details of my client's property. If youre a serious buyer, u won't mind sharing yours. If youre not, youre not getting mine( the address or a viewing appointment)
The amount of insults ive already had in the past 10 years because I refused to just give my sellers information..the amount of times ive been told im ridiculous and its the first time they hear an agent asking all this information just for a viewing..WELL, NOW YOU HAVE IT..AND THIS IS WHY I DONT EXPLAIN MYSELF , AND I won't debate it either😉Yes, she's definitely not your average agent. She walks in Purpose. Praise God💃💃
Oh, and may I add, most of the time its another agent trying hard to poach..Those who spend their day watching property24 checking whose new listing they can poach. Those are the agents who chases property because sadly they dont know how to source property other than by means of poaching...In ten years, not one poacher succeeded on any of my sourced properties.
