Cape Town is becoming one of the most desirable cities in the world. But for many locals, it is becoming impossible to afford a home in the city they grew up in.

• Limiting speculative property accumulation
• Regulating short-term rental saturation
• Creating incentives for long-term affordable housing
• Protecting young South Africans from being priced out of their own neighbourhoods

Cape Town should not become a playground only for global investors while local families are pushed further away from opportunity.
