DEAL CONCLUDED | SKY PARK, AIRPORT INDUSTRIA

Another successful long-term industrial transaction concluded by Merge Property Group.

Niccolo Barone, Commercial & Industrial Property Specialist at Merge, has successfully facilitated a 5-year lease across two neighbouring industrial units totalling a combined 488sqm at Sky Park in Airport Industria, Cape Town.

Previously known as Skyworks and operated by Inospace, the park has since been sectionalised, with units sold to individual private investors.

Following the acquisition of two units within the park, the new owner approached us to assist in securing a credible long-term tenants for the spaces.
