Best Feeling

This is honestly the best feeling. 🙏

It’s not just about the pay cheque it’s about seeing the smile on my clients/Best Friend face when we run the numbers and realise we’ve overachieved.

Who said friends can’t do business? Sometimes the best business relationships are built on trust, honesty and knowing that you’re genuinely looking out for each other.

I choose the brick-and-mortar approach. If you’re honest, professional and consistently deliver the same level of service, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with doing business with friends and family.

Alhamdulillah! 🔑🏡

Another special key handover and one that I won't forget.
After nearly a year of searching, we finally found the perfect home.

This transaction came with multiple linked transfers, making it a complex process, but thanks to the professionalism and teamwork of Mostert & Bosman Attorneys, Sherwin van der Heever from Pro Mortgage, and Roxzette Little Kyle Little from Little Solutions, everything came together successfully.

Handing over the keys today was a truly rewarding moment. To make the day a little more special, I surprised my buyers by treating them to supper because after moving into your new home, the last thing you want to think about is cooking.

Another successful key handover! 🏡

This one is a little special. The Hock family first came to me as buyers, then asked me to assist them in selling their home in Paarl and just last week, I had the privilege of handing them the keys to their new home.

I don’t work in Paarl, so this was definitely a challenge. But with hard work, persistence I didn't just sell their home in Paarl, with the help from a colleague Anton Jooste we managed to find them their new home.

Thank you to the Hock family for trusting me with such an important part of your journey. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. 🏡🔑
