π Excitement is in the air as the Springboks face off against New Zealand at DHL Stadium in Cape Town on Saturday, 29 August 2026! The kick-off for this electrifying match is scheduled for 17:10 local time! π
π Transport and Parking Details
On match day, your ticket provides you with FREE access to MyCiTi event shuttle buses, which we highly recommend since parking at DHL Stadium is extremely limited.
π Complimentary MyCiTi Shuttle Services
Shuttle buses will be running frequently from 11:30 to 22:30. You can park your vehicle and hop on a free shuttle from the following five major hubs:
- Civic Centre Station & Thibault Square Station
- Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) (Drop-and-go area at P4 on Helen Suzman Boulevard)
- University of Cape Town (UCT) (North Stop at Madiba Circle; parking available on Upper Campus)
- Bellville Velodrome (Dedicated Park & Ride route directly to Stadium Station)
π Parking Alternatives
There is no public parking available at the stadium itself. Instead, consider these options in the C*D:
- Free Civic Centre Parking: 475 free bays are available for ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis starting from 11:00 (access via Hertzog Boulevard incoming or Civic Road).
- Free C*D On-Street Parking: Available from 13:00 where restrictions permit.
- Paid Parking Garages: Available at CTICC, Ryk Tulbagh Square, Picbel Parkade, Plein Park, Harbour Arch, and Parkalot (Jack Craig Street)
π E-Hailing & Alternative Transport
E-Hailing services (Uber/Bolt): A designated drop-off and pick-up area is located at P14 on Green Point Main Road (between York Road and Wigtown Road). Due to road closures, alternative drop-off points near the stadium won't be feasible.
π Experience the lively pre-match atmosphere by strolling from the C*D along the dedicated Fan Walk to Green Point, which will be fully operational starting at 13:00!
