🍦 ICE CREAM IN CAPE TOWN
As a true gelato enthusiast, I couldn’t keep this Cape Town hot spot off my feed! 🍨✨ Moro Gelato has spots in Green Point, the CBD and Sea Point — and it’s definitely worth a visit.
Here are two of my absolute favourites:
🥜 Peanut Paradiso — smooth peanut butter goodness with a satisfying crunchy swirl.
💛 Granadilla (Passion Fruit) — tangy, tropical and seriously refreshing.
And the best part? Both are dairy-free and vegan-friendly! 🌱
Fun fact: “Moro” is the surname of their gelato master. In Northern Italy, the Moro family’s homeland, moro means mulberry tree — an important tree in the 1800s for feeding silkworms, whose silk was used in textile production.
Cape Town + gelato = a pretty perfect combination. 🍦🇿🇦
