Most international buyers arrive in this market with the wrong information about whether they can finance property here.

The data tells a different story.

A third of registered Atlantic Seaboard transactions are foreign-owned. Eighteen percent of those are bond-funded. The banks are not reluctantly tolerating foreign applicants. They are actively writing the paper.
