The Seeff Times has launched — our first quarterly newsletter dedicated to the property, people and places that define False Bay.
It is a publication built on the belief that real estate is never just about transactions; it is about the communities we help shape, one home at a time.
Inside this first edition: one of False Bay's premier listings, a closer look at the property trends driving the region forward, and sound legal counsel from Belinda Lewis, Director at STBB, on the details that matter most when buying or selling.
We owe a great deal of thanks to the local businesses who stood alongside us to make this launch possible. Their partnership speaks to the strength of this community, and we're committed to growing that network considerably as we build towards our next edition.
The response from the local community has already been incredibly encouraging, with a number of potential business partners reaching out, keen to be part of something REAL as it grows.
