After more than a decade in real estate, I've taken one of the most exciting steps in my professional journey — establishing my very own real estate business. For me, this is about much more than becoming a business owner. It's about building something that reflects who I am, what I stand for, and the standard of service I believe every client deserves. My name, my reputation and my personal commitment is behind every property I represent. As a proud Durbanville resident, husband, father and active member of our community, I've always believed that honesty, integrity, loyalty and trust are the foundations of any meaningful relationship — both personally and professionally. With over 10 years of experience in the property industry, I've developed extensive knowledge across residential homes, sectional title properties, security estates, plot-and-plan developments and retirement properties. While Durbanville and the Northern Suburbs remain my primary focus, my experience extends throughout the Western Cape, including the West Coast, Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Town City Bowl, Somerset West and Strand. But experience alone doesn't make a great property professional. It's what you do with that experience that matters. I believe in being personally involved, communicating openly, negotiating strategically and treating every client's property journey with the attention and dedication it deserves. I'm not someone who believes in simply meeting expectations. I believe in exceeding them. From professional property presentation and strategic marketing to skilled negotiations and the smallest details behind the scenes, I take pride in making sure nothing is overlooked. One of my greatest achievements is that much of my business comes from previous clients who continue to trust me and recommend my services to their friends and families. To me, there is no greater compliment. My business may be entering an exciting new chapter, but the values behind it have been built over many years. Outside of real estate, I'm a dedicated family man and passionate about giving back to the community I call home. As Vice Chairman of our local Neighbourhood Watch, I actively contribute to making our neighbourhood a safer and better place for everyone. I'm also a passionate sports enthusiast who loves rugby, golf, a good braai and spending quality time with family and friends.
