This week we formally welcomed two clients to The Meadows Farmette neighbourhood at Mount Verde Estate with an impromptu picnic, four-legged adventures, a dam swim and the planting of traditional “Welcome Home” trees.

Olly appointed himself to the welcoming committee. His contribution? Kisses. Lots of them.

We’re proud to have facilitated the sale of both farmettes and to have played a small part in helping these new neighbours start their Mount Verde journey.

Ps: judging by Olly’s adventures… farm life really is the best life.

At Reallist, we work hard, play hard — and we love getting together for something that makes a difference.

On 12 September, we’re joining Sunset Groove at Mount Verde for an hour of silent-disco fun, dancing into that beautiful Midlands sunset. 🌅🎧

This isn’t just about having a great time. Every ticket helps support Life Changer and the Life Boat Centre, providing essential programmes and practical support to people experiencing homelessness in our community.

I'm Olly.

I'm 9 weeks old, new to the Midlands, and this is where my very first adventure with the Reallist team began.

I thought I was just going for a drive. Instead, I found rolling hills, wonderful people, and a place that already feels a little like home.

I have a feeling this is only the beginning.
