With the structure now complete at Mount Verde’s Main Gate, the next chapter begins… 🌱

The land is being gently shaped — embankments formed not just for beauty, but to guide rainwater naturally towards the attenuation ponds below.

Soon, indigenous planting will take root, softening every edge and allowing the entrance to settle seamlessly into its surroundings.

This is where architecture meets nature — and nature leads.

This World Rewilding Day, members of the Mount Verde team joined a hands-on Ferncliff Forest Wilding event, planting indigenous trees and taking the first steps in restoring a once-derelict farm. 🌱

This initiative will help the land slowly return to its natural rhythm—a process that will unfold over the years, bringing life back to the soil, canopy, and wildlife that once called it home.
