Another Mills Fitchet Success Story!
A huge congratulations to Alejandro Rodo (Alee) on successfully passing his Professional Associated Valuer board exams and qualifying as a Professional Associated Valuer under the Mills Fitchet mentorship programme.
Since joining our Durban office in January 2023, Alee has built valuable experience across a diverse range of property sectors, with a particular focus on agricultural valuation.
“I began my career in property valuation after graduating with Honours degrees in Property and Finance from the University of Cape Town. I joined Mills Fitchet in January 2023, and my journey in the Durban office has been an incredible experience of learning and growth.
Growing up on a farm in Vryheid naturally led me towards agricultural valuation, where I have had the opportunity to work across sugarcane, timber, macadamia and game farms, as well as residential, commercial, industrial and specialised properties.
Working alongside the highly experienced team at Mills Fitchet has been a privilege, and I have gained valuable knowledge across the diverse field of property valuation.
I recently qualified as a Professional Associated Valuer after passing my board exams, and I look forward to continuing to grow at Mills Fitchet as I work towards becoming a Professional Valuer.”
