PATRICK BARNARD, the Principal of Patrick Barnard Properties, grew up on a farm close to Plettenberg Bay and after completing his studies, returned to Plett in 1988 and established his Real Estate Company, Patrick Barnard Properties in 1992. The Company grew dramatically due to our success in the residential and rural markets and in 2002 we relocated our offices to our present position in The Market. He sets the highest standards for everybody at the Agency and leads by example. DAVID GARISCH has been with us since 1997. His naval history ensures that he runs a tight ship! David's expertise lie in the residential, rural and lifestyle properties, with a thorough knowledge of the area and as well as farming activities. DANNY D'HOOGHE joined our team in 2014 after assisting his wife Annick for a year. They joined us from Port Elizabeth. Danny is an energetic, motivated person with a strong business ethic. Danny's main focus is developments, specifically Goose Valley and Turtle Creek. In 2021 Danny received the Agent of the Year for highest monetary value in sales, after Patrick himself. BEN SCHLACHTER joined our team in 2018. His corporate background and sales experience has given him a great advantage in the industry. In 2021 Ben was our Agent of the Year for most units sold. ELIZABETH ROUX is an intern agent who started with us in 2021. Her family relocated permanently to their holiday home in Plett and have working hard at laying down their roots.
