Story time🚨⚠️

My almost 90-year-old client recently sold her house after a real happy 30 years, and the experience was a real reminder of how important it is to really understand each client’s individual needs.

After the sale, I found myself seeing her far more often than usual - printing documents from attorneys, really explaining each step, writing out instructions/information, and even helping her try sell some real wood furniture.

Today was her real moving day. She had purchased her new home through another agent and was simply handed the keys, with no real handover or real guidance.

So I spent the afternoon and evening with her, making sure she really felt comfortable and supported. I figured out, explained and wrote down instructions on how her new stove and oven operate so she can cook real food in her new home. The movers left many boxes on her balcony so I helped pack some items that would get damaged, such as photo albums, real memories! I explained practical things like the isolator switch, USB wall ports, and exit buttons in her building.

Then came the real challenge - figuring out how to set up a real computer I hadn’t seen in over a decade!

A younger, more tech-savvy or real fit client might not have needed this level of support. But this is what real service looks like: really listening, really understanding what matters, and going the real extra mile where it counts. Don’t expect anything less!
