Bachelor rooms at phase 5 (Rooms 1 to 10) rent is R2450, including. The deposit is R2000. All rooms have window burglary, zinc, wardrobe, toilet, basin, shower, tiles, ceiling, and hot water. Security is perfect, and the place is clean. No noise is allowed. The lease agreement starts from 6 months.
Bachelor rooms at Phase 2 (Rooms 11 to 26) opposite Engine Garage, 5 minutes walking distance to Shoprite. The rent is R3500, including. The deposit is R3500 payable in 2 months. All rooms have a stove, window burglary, zinc, wardrobe, toilet, basin, shower, tiles, ceiling, and hot water. Security is perfect, and the place is clean. No noise is allowed. The lease agreement starts from 6 months.
Potential tenants who wish to secure a room must secure it with the deposit so that the room can be reserved. If it happens you secured a room and at the time you are supposed to occupy the room you decide not to take the room then you will forfeit your deposit money in full.
Tenants must complete the lease agreement period; failure to do so, the tenant will be liable to pay the full amount of the lease agreement until the end of it. Legal action, including backlisting tenants who don’t want to comply, will be taken. All damage will have to be fixed by the tenant on or before leaving the room. � �The deposit money is refundable provided the tenant gives one month's notice before the end of the lease agreement if the tenant wants to leave the rental property and there are no damages in the room. Failure to do so, deposit will be forfeited in full.
