From Offer to Ownership

Your offer has been accepted. 🎉

So… what happens next?

A property doesn't become yours the moment the seller accepts your offer.

There are still several important steps before registration.

📄 Offer to Purchase
The agreement is signed and the transaction begins.

✅ Conditions
Any applicable suspensive conditions — such as bond approval or a property-to-sell condition — need to be dealt with according to the agreement.

⚖️ Conveyancing
The conveyancing attorneys manage the legal transfer process and required documentation.

🏡 Registration
Once the necessary requirements have been met and the transfer is registered in the Deeds Office, ownership changes.

It can feel like a long journey when you're waiting for the keys…

But every completed step takes you one step closer to home. 🔑
