A NEW ADELAIDE COASTAL RECORD 🙌🏻

Incredibly proud to share that one of the most iconic homes on the entire coast has now sold, setting a new coastal record.

When we began this journey almost 12 months ago, we truly believed in the value and the incredible opportunity this home represented. While it took time, I’m so grateful to Cindy and Sam for backing us to see it through to the end.

We never stopped believing in the home or its value. Sometimes it simply comes down to patience and perseverance.

It’s also very special to be part of the story of a home that has only had two families since it was first built in the late 1800s.

To the new owners, I’m so thrilled to see it pass to such a lovely family and excited to see the next chapter of its story.

Thank you to everyone who helped and supported us along the way, and to the incredible for her great work managing the sale with me.
