Jessica Roberts - Our Managing Director, Jess entered the real estate industry straight out of high school, quickly discovering a deep passion for helping people and building lasting relationships. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Jess has become known for her empathetic approach, sharp attention to detail and unwavering commitment to ethical property management. Thriving in fast-paced environments, Jess leads Coast & Co with a clear vision to deliver transparent, reputation-driven service that empowers both landlords and tenants. 🌸 WACKY WEDNESDAY #3: SPRING CLEAN EDITION! 🌸🧹

Spring has officially arrived… which means it’s time to open the windows, clear out the cupboards and start that Spring clean! ☀️🌷

But while you’re busy cleaning, you might also start noticing a few other things around the house… 👀😂

That tired outdoor area.
The kitchen you’ve been meaning to freshen up.
The flooring that has definitely seen better days.
Or those little renovations that have been sitting on the “one day” list for far too long. 🏡🔨

With the warmer weather on its way, now could be the perfect time to start thinking about getting your home ready for those beautiful summer BBQs, family get-togethers and long evenings outside. ☀️🍖🥂
