Two sales. Two weeks. Two fantastic results across Mitcham and Nunawading.

The home had been with the same owner since 1958, and when it came time to sell, there was a genuine hope it would go to another local family.
It did.
The buyers currently rent in the same street and plan to rebuild their family home in a location they already know and love. And in a lovely coincidence, they’re Hawthorn supporters, just like the owner.
Sold prior to auction for $1,152,000, the sale will also help fund the owner’s elderly mother’s aged care.
