TAIGUM - From struggling to find the right property in Taigum… to being only weeks away from getting the keys. When Sijo and Jincy first reached out, they already knew where they wanted to live - Taigum. The hard part was finding the right block and build opportunity in such a tightly held area.

After searching through the options, I came across a 600m² registered block in an exclusive estate and knew it was worth a closer look.

I showed them the location, connected them with a builder that suited what they wanted, and because they were already finance-ready and pre-approved, we were able to move quickly and secure one of the last opportunities of this size in the area.
