An empty property is lost income, so we work to make sure our landlords have as little downtime as possible. That starts with planning for vacancies before they even happen.

We watch lease dates closely, talk to tenants early about their intentions, and prepare marketing materials well in advance. If a tenant is moving on, we often have the listing ready to go the moment the notice comes through. In some cases, we have a new tenant signed before the old one moves out.
