The result of a thoughtful approach to curating a mix of premium hospitality operators from across Canberra, East Traders Hall brings together some of the region’s leading brands in one connected, all-day dining destination. Amalgamated is once again supporting the 24HR Movement Challenge to raise awareness and funds for early intervention programs for the mental health of young people.

As we physically exhaust ourselves for 24hrs, you too can show your support by helping Kulture Break achieve their fundraising goals. If 1000 people donated $24, that would provide support for 40 young people a year.

After several years of major projects in the making, 2025 has become one of the most significant years in our company’s history across design, construction and operations.

A standout achievement has been the progress at our largest residential project to date — The Eastbourne at ANZAC Park East — now nearing completion and preparing for settlements in early 2026. Alongside its 349 private luxury residences, the ANZAC Park East office building is also close to completion and will soon welcome nationally recognised brands including Telstra and Systematic. This iconic site will also debut our first major retail precinct, East Traders — a landmark milestone for our organisation which will bring some of Canberra’s best hospitality operators together for a vibrant food and dining destination.

We’re also excited to announce that our impact on Constitution Avenue is set to expand further with another significant addition to our portfolio, with the acquisition of ANZAC Park West (APW). Whilst currently leased to Defence, we recognise the importance of the opportunity bestowed upon our group to redevelop this landmark site and complete the portal framing elements of one of our nation’s most significant vistas, from Parliament House to the Australian War Memorial.

In other residential news, our Build-to-Rent project Oaks Canopy has flourished through its first full year of operations, now over 90% leased, with resident testimonials and three major industry awards confirming that our vision for service and community is exceeding expectations.

Locally, Botanical Turner made strong sales headway and construction by Milin Builders commenced in Q4. Interstate, we began construction at Affinity Broadbeach following its successful Q1 launch, and Amaya Broadbeach is nearing completion with settlements anticipated in early Q2.

With over 460 new residents set to move into their homes across the country, 2026 is shaping up to be an incredibly exciting year.

This Christmas, Amalgamated Property Group is proud to support local organisations that are making a meaningful difference in our community.

We are honoured to contribute to the Starlight Children’s Foundation and their vital work supporting the wellbeing of seriously ill children and their families. Thank you to all of our CQ tenants who also generously donated to Starlight through our CQ Christmas Raffle!

Amalgamated were pleased to also donate once again to the Canberra Hospital Foundation, to support the important services they provide across our region.

We also extend our sincere thanks to the Australian Girls Choir for bringing warmth and joy into CQ for another Christmas.

Community partnerships remain central to our values, especially at this time of year when so many are in need.
