Since our last update in December 2025, construction at Crest Broadbeach has continued to progress rapidly. The project is approaching a key program achievement as it enters its typical structural cycle and tracks toward top-out in early 2027.

With the second tower crane now in place, key structural works are progressing across site. Over the next few months, both towers will begin to rise more rapidly, taking shape and becoming a striking new addition to the Broadbeach skyline.

Morris Property Group has commenced the year strongly, achieving top out at Walter and Whitley and completing the project’s major structural works.

Formwork stripping across the basement levels, ground floor and level 1 is complete. With the structure finalised, services rough-in, internal framing and external painting are now progressing throughout the building as the next phases of construction take shape.

The onsite display is also advancing at pace alongside the main works. Services installation, internal framing and wall sheeting have been completed, with tiling and joinery installation almost finalised. The suite remains on track for opening in early April 2026.

Construction continues to track in line with the schedule, and we look forward to sharing further updates as work progresses.

Crest Broadbeach marks a major step forward, with the Tower 2 crane now successfully installed and the next phase of construction underway.

Construction on Tower 1 has reached Level 2, with the first of four pours for the transfer slab completed, paving the way for the jump form to begin climbing.

For Tower 2, columns and walls to the underside of Level 2 are complete, with forming for the balance of the Level 2 transfer slab set to commence.

In the coming weeks, both towers will begin climbing independently, continuing to shape the Broadbeach skyline.
