Alyson Azzopardi, the founder and director of Azzopardi Residential Property Services, started her Real Estate Career in 2003! Working for a large Suburban office in her home town of Queanbeyan NSW, Alyson quickly realised her love for all things property. Alyson remained a loyal employee for this office, completing her Real Estate Registration and Training until the office was closed for the owne

rs to pursue their political careers. Moving on, Alyson went to another local Queanbeyan Agent where she remained gainfully employed for many years until the birth of her first and only Daughter Jaidyn. This Agency remains one of the most esteemed agencies within Queanbeyan and Alyson attributes much of her experience and expertise to working within this team in both the Property management and Sales space. After taking a break for 18 months from the workforce and focusing on her child, Alyson returned to Real Estate in 2009, however this time within the ACT. She contracted herself as a Property Management Subject Matter Expert and was sought after to assist Principle Agents in merging and on selling their Rent roll Assets as well as listing and selling homes for sale. This role was exciting, busy and rewarding all at the same time feeding Alyson’s ambition for growth and career progression after 2.5 years, she decided to broaden her expertise and experience even further by gaining a role as a Government and Commercial Leasing and Property Management Consultant for a global company. Whilst working full time hours in this role, Alyson was in the back ground laying the foundations for what would be AZZOPARDI RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SERVICES! With the doors officially opening in May 2012 where she took on her first client, a large executive home in Monash ACT that to this day still holds the suburb record for highest achieved rental. Alyson remained as a Commercial PM with flexible working arrangements until Dec 2016 where she advised the company that her ambition in life is to see her dream be fulfilled and Azzopardi Residential Property Services to flourish into a busy suburban office much like the ones she worked in her early years. At 32 years of age, Alyson is married with two children, and is part of your local Tuggeranong community. Her experience in property is not only related to leasing and selling, she has a sound understanding of building code, quality, trends, and design. Once you start to talk to her about property you will quickly begin to realise it truly is her passion and not just a job!
