Admin & Property Operations Assistant – Airbnb Management
Prime Host Management is looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Admin & Property Operations Assistant to join our growing short-term rental management team.
This is a varied role combining office/admin duties, guest communication and property visits, so no two days will be exactly the same.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and responding to guest enquiries and messages
* Assisting guests throughout their stay and helping resolve any issues
* Checking properties before and after guest stays when required
* Conducting property inspections and reporting maintenance or cleaning issues
* Coordinating with cleaners, maintenance contractors and other service providers
* Assisting with bookings, calendars and general Airbnb administration
* Organising supplies and helping ensure properties are guest-ready
* General office and administrative support
* Assisting the team with day-to-day property management tasks
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
* Confident using a computer, smartphone and online systems
* Able to problem-solve and remain calm when dealing with guest issues
* Flexible and happy to work both in the office and out at properties
* Previous experience in administration, property management, hospitality or Airbnb/short-term rentals would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential
Essential requirements:
🚗 Current driver licence
🚗 Own reliable vehicle
📱 Confident communicating with guests by phone and message
Our properties are located throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and surrounding areas, so some local travel will be required.
