Medium Density has challenges which comes with options.

Living in close quarters within NSW strata schemes can lead to disputes over nuisance, impacting the quality of life for residents.

From noise to offensive odours, the Strata Schemes Management Act (SSMA) offers guidance on what constitutes a nuisance, but common law also plays a role. It’s crucial to differentiate between mere inconvenience and actionable nuisance.
