As we wrap up another financial year, it's a good moment to reflect on the partnerships that have made it all possible.

A huge thank you to Rebecca Justice and the team at Benchmark Finance Group for their continued support across our portfolio in FY26. From structuring the finance facility for Birdwood Estate Cowaramup through to our Harrisdale North project, Benchmark have been instrumental in getting our projects off the ground and keeping them moving.

Development finance is rarely straightforward — and having a broker who understands the complexity of staged subdivision, land lease structures, and the timing pressures that come with them is genuinely invaluable.

Here's to another strong year ahead. We're grateful for the relationship.

Building a community means showing up for it.

We're proud to support the Cowaramup Volunteer Fire Brigade — the unsung heroes keeping the Margaret River region safe. As Birdwood Estate grows, giving back to the locals who protect it feels like the least we can do.

We set the team up with a kegerator and some pint glasses. They've earned it.

A huge shoutout to the team at Leeuwin Civil for their outstanding work on the watermain changeover in Cowaramup.

Executing a project like this seamlessly takes real expertise and genuine commitment — and Leeuwin Civil delivered both in spades. From start to finish, the professionalism and care shown by their crew was first class.

Special mention to David Evans, Chief Operating Officer, who didn't just oversee the job from afar — he rolled up his sleeves and picked up a shovel for what we're told was the first time in quite a few years.

Hailing from Yallingup, Maverick is a 2x ISA World Junior Surfing Gold Medalist, 9x state champion, and is now chasing qualification for the World Challenger Series. We've made a contribution to help fuel that journey, and we're excited to watch where it takes him.

Last week, the Yolk team came together over lunch to farewell two incredible people — Marco Chadinha and Nathalie Johnson.

Marco, we've loved having you as part of the team and wish you all the best as you take on your next challenge outside of the development world.

Nat — where do we even begin. Eight years on and off with Yolk, and your fingerprints are on so much of what this company has become. Your contribution to our growth and the culture we've built here has been immeasurable, and your presence will be genuinely missed. We couldn't be more grateful.

To both of you — thank you for everything you've brought to Yolk Property Group. We have no doubt you'll go on to do great things, and we'll be cheering you on every step of the way.

We're proud to announce the successful close-out of our Stage 1 debt facility with ANZ Australia — with Stage 2 now underway, backed by a newly approved facility.

Throughout the acquisition and construction of Stage 1, ANZ have been a fantastic partner. We're grateful for their support and confidence in Birdwood Estate from day one.

With the majority of Stage 1 lots now settled and builders on site, it's exciting to see the estate take shape!

We’re excited to introduce two of our newest team members, who joined us back in January – Zahn Boekhoorn and Cohen Jurovich.

Zahn joins us after completing his studies at Curtin last year and brings valuable hands-on experience from the construction industry. His claim to fame? Holding the school record for the slowest 50m freestyle sprint.

Cohen is currently studying at UWA while balancing full-time work with the team – an impressive effort. His claim to fame is making the district curling team back in Year 6, suggesting his elite sporting career peaked early. He also loves Krispy Kremes.

Great to have you both on board – we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.

We're pleased to announce that Practical Completion has been reached for the final stage of the Anstey Grove project in Forrestdale.

Stage 3B delivers 18 lots, bringing this boutique estate to a successful close. PC was officially achieved in last week, with titles anticipated in the coming months.

From start to finish, Anstey Grove has been a fantastic project, and we’re proud to see it completed.

Stage 1 titles at Birdwood Cowaramup are in!

This is a huge milestone for the project — Stage 1 buyers can now proceed to settlement and start building their new homes in the heart of Cowaramup. We can't wait to see the first homes take shape and welcome our first residents into the community.

A big thank you to the team at Landgate who went above and beyond to get these titles finalised late on a Friday afternoon — that kind of effort doesn't go unnoticed and we genuinely appreciate it 🙌

With Stage 1 & 2 now fully sold out, the demand for this community speaks for itself. Stage 2 construction is well underway — watch this space.

A huge thank you to NAB as we close out Harrisdale North.

NAB's construction finance support across both Stage 1 and Stage 2 was instrumental in delivering this estate from the ground up. Their team's expertise and commitment to the project made the entire journey.
