Four years of Forever and we’re still working on becoming better 🤝

On 1 September, Forever Realestate quietly reached four years in business.

It feels like the perfect time to share this photo with Alyce Clothier from Wild Orange Strategies because lately we’ve been spending a lot of time looking at what we’ve built, what we stand for and most importantly what we never want to lose as we grow.

When Ruby and I started Forever, we wanted to build a real estate business where people genuinely felt looked after.

Four years later that still matters more than anything.

- Doing what we say we’ll do.
- Communicating properly.
- Being there when people need us.
- Building relationships beyond a transaction.
- And genuinely caring about the people and community we serve.

We’re proud of how far Forever has come but we’re nowhere near finished.

Alyce has been helping us challenge our thinking and bring greater clarity to the business we’re building for the years ahead without losing what made Forever, Forever.

We have big ambitions. We want to grow. We want to get better. And we want Forever to be a business our family, our team and our community can be proud of.

But after four years, there’s one thing we’re absolutely certain about:

However big Forever grows, we never want to become too big to care.

4 Angaston Avenue sold for $820,000 in 2025 before being renovated and selling again for $1.23 million.

That’s a $410,000 difference.

But the interesting part isn’t just the number — it’s what changed, what didn’t, and how much presentation can influence the way buyers perceive a property.

Cotality’s latest suburb profile shows that 72% of Carrara residents are owner occupiers with homes held for an average of 10 years. The population has also grown 8.9% over the past five years to approximately 13,100 people.

It confirms what we see locally - Carrara is an established, growing and tightly held community.
