Ondé | Kirra

A short stroll from the rolling waves of Kirra Beach, you’ll find yourself on the doorstep of Ondé. A collection of 90 luxurious residences set to deliver an elevated experience of coastal living with all the space and satisfaction of a traditional family home. Nestled between nature reserves, on a corner block straddling three street frontages, Ondé’s distinctively vibrant façade sets the tone for a collection of residences that promises a lifestyle of sun, surf and simple pleasures.

Marrone | South Brisbane

Marrone’s architecture thoughtfully engages with the precincts evolving urban character. The design’s brickwork offering a tactile counterpoint to the clean architectural lines above while street-level landscaping softens its edges, bringing greenery and warmth to the pedestrian experience. The result is an entry that feels welcoming and enduring - a foundation of authenticity from which the residences rise.

Life in Kirra is laid-back coastal perfection. A place that combines rare natural beauty with the Gold Coast’s emerging food and drink scene. Some standouts?

Imagine stepping out to this view each morning.

With spectacular panoramas across Kirra Beach and west toward the Gold Coast Hinterlands, each day brings fresh horizons and golden moments at Ondé.

With a distinctively vibrant façade that sets the tone before you’ve stepped inside, Ondé captures the character of Kirra. Its coastal connection, its energy, its location between green hills and the open ocean.

From the outset, we wanted to create a place that felt like an extension of Kirra’s spectacular surrounds. Bathed in sunshine and only ever moments from the water. With construction underway, we can’t wait to reveal the final outcome.
