Vanessa Ward - Harcourts Signature I have recently joined the team at Harcourts Signature to step into the world of real estate. Toot Toot!

Working in sales all my life with an impressive and extensive background in marketing, media sales and promotions, I am a well-known face and personality in Southern Tasmania. Having lived and worked on both sides of the River Derwent, I am familiar with the local market and the unique selling points of each suburb and locality. Known for my love of colour and out-of-the-box marketing tactics, I

aim to make the process of selling a property an enjoyable and positive experience for all my clients. I was recently involved with spec building and the staging and selling of my own property on Tasmania’s East Coast. What this experience taught me, was the importance of developing a professional marketing strategy, as well as reinforcing the confidence in my exceptional negotiation skills and desire to achieve excellent results. When it comes to time out, you will find me outdoors at the beach with my Labradors (fur kids), as well as spending time with family and friends. I have a passion for cars and motorsports, and you may have seen me out and about in my 1960’s Pink Morris Ute.
