Now vs Ben's first day in real estate 👉
Here are 3 lessons he's learned along the way:
1. People buy confidence before they buy property.
Floorplans, inclusions and views matter, but trust closes deals. Deeper product knowledge allows me to guide buyers with confidence, answer the questions behind the questions, and create certainty around what is often one of the biggest decisions they will make.
2. Clarity beats busyness.
Being flat out doesn’t always mean you’re moving forward. A skill I’m continually refining is knowing what truly matters, where my time creates the most value, and having the discipline to focus there rather than just staying busy.
3. Price is rarely the real objection.
When someone says “it’s too expensive,” it’s often code for “I’m not convinced enough yet.” My role in project sales is part selling the property, but more often helping people navigate the decision, timing, finance, lifestyle and long-term value, so they can move forward with confidence.
