At Up Loans, we're looking for our next Administrative Officer - someone organised, driven and genuinely great with people. Someone who brings good energy to the team, takes initiative and loves helping things run smoothly.
This role is incredibly important to our team. You'll often be the first voice our clients hear on the phone, helping answer enquiries and creating a great experience from the very first interaction.
Whether you already have admin/reception experience or you're more junior and looking for the right opportunity to learn and grow - we'd love to hear from you. We care far more about finding the right culture fit and attitude than someone who ticks every single box on paper.

Answering incoming phone calls and helping clients with enquiries

Supporting the team with day-to-day administration
Managing documents, appointments, data entry, and client files
