This sold sticker felt good to finally put up as it took a little longer than usual to get it done.
Contracts fell through, negotiations came and went, and there were a few offers that simply weren’t where they needed to be.
But sometimes the right result is just around the corner.
We stayed patient, kept working the campaign and held our ground — ultimately selling the property at the price I originally appraised it at.
Not every sale happens in the first week. Sometimes you have to navigate through the storm, stay the course and keep working until the right buyer comes along.
