As 2025 draws to a close, we’ve taken a moment to reflect on another successful year, navigating fluctuating market conditions and a challenging economic environment.
Construction at Coburg Industries has powered through 2025, with Stage 1 now complete. As businesses establish themselves and the community grows, the area is beginning to flourish.
A standout moment of 2025 was the launch of our innovative Kubed project at Coburg Industries. More than storage, Kubed is a high-performance workspace designed for modern business. We look forward to sharing more in 2026.
Seaford Industries is now complete and home to a thriving collection of businesses, with strong interest in the limited remaining warehouses. Located at 9 Pascal Road, Seaford Industries offers the highest quality finished warehouses at the most competitive price on the market.
Finally, we’re delighted to share that we have acquired a significant site in the heart of Mentone’s industrial precinct. With proximity to arterial roads, public transport, and the bayside lifestyle amenities of the area, the project is shaping up to deliver a dynamic new industrial offering to an area with high demand.
2026 is shaping up to be another huge year, so we’re taking a break to rest and recharge. Our office will close on Monday, 22 December 2025, reopening on Monday, 12 January 2026.
