Since our engagement with Queensland Loan Company we have had multiple threats to our email servers!

The journey began when we were talking financial advisors about crypto finance services back in 2024.

The threats began exactly as we withheld our engagement with them. First started as a message on Meta claiming our ad accounts were suspended. This went on and on and on all platforms.

Then the emails claiming - Facebook Collaboration and finally the call from the scammer out of frustration!

The man claimed he could help people get loans via crypto and sent us personal information of another applicant including their personal identity information.

People now claiming to be AFP calling me to verify the information they have found 🤣
All we can say is he is definitely either Fiji Indian or Indian American from his unmistakable accent. But he is based in India was living in Queensland and now has information of multiple business owners. What is Australian Federal Police doing about it? Nothing!

Okay so this man is known from the days when he could only afford a room to rent. Him and his misses have moved into a property shared, then lied to get out, because she couldn’t tolerate “spice smells” and called Indians “smelly” in general. This fresh off the boat b!? having a tantrum when she can’t even afford a bloody hotel.

So they left then harass the people they have put in a predicament and lodged a false restraining order against the people who gave him a roof because he begged for a place to stay as they were getting kicked out of another place because of his partners racism. I don’t know if they are both scamming people for free rent or just plain broke?

This agent is another one you can call an uneducated goon! He knows only threats, intimidation and lying. Reliable = 0/100

Work ethics = -100

Good Job Ray White for another looser in your clan! Gotta love Real Estate Institute of Victoria [REIV] for passing these morons the license to commit HIGH WORTH CRIMES! Award yourselves because majority of the recognition your institution received has been bought. Another thing we will unfold in due course.

2) Westside Real Estate Truganina- Aiding and abetting criminal frauds like Aditi Paliwal!

3) Anton Real Estate - Director (we don’t have time to learn his name)
Insurance fraud and personal property theft, mail theft and disinformation.

4) Sady Khan with Unique&Co Real Estate - Both the landlord and the agency have been found to knowingly write the wrong rent (increased) and demand 3 months rent advance for the pathetic newly built s**t hole at 31 Tolhurst St, Tarneit VIC 3029.

5) Leonie Toso - Director of Maximum Listing
I don’t actually know why this woman has a license, she has no clue what she is doing and her staff have reported multiple incidents of abuse and harassment. Her business cannot provide any sound advice because she doesn’t even have the knowledge to organise professional training of her employees which never exceed 1 ☝️
