We’re proud to congratulate the Stone Real Estate Macarthur team on this outstanding achievement - in particular their property management team and the leadership of Gemma Patterson, their Head of Property Management. Property Management Artistry

Over the past two years, Gemma has played a pivotal role in shaping not just the structure of the department, but the standard it operates to every day. Her leadership is hands-on, values-driven and built on leading from the front - no task too small, no challenge avoided.

As their Principal Chris Philp - Stone Real Estate shared:

A lot of new faces here so introduction is required !!

Meet Sam & I, we are one of the teams in our Campbelltown office within our property management department!

Together we manage all of the day to day task of property management, including maintenance through our tapi app, landlords, tenants & all of the behind the scenes to the property management world!

When we are not working outside of work you’ll find me at family events, kids parties & family time! 🎉

Outside of work you’ll find Sam doing the same thing however she has a soft spot for baking! Sam is a thermomix girly at heart! 🍰
