Bobby Keating
While we have absences from supervisors and site engineers, Bobby has stepped up at taken on site supervision roles at Maddington that were instrumental at driving the project to completion. Bobby has also had a great attitude toward assisting Pod 1 with gaps in their engineering and QS roles. He has maintained his own duties with Pod2 while still providing all the assistance he can to Pod 1.
Bobby also did a fantastic job at coordinating and managing St Leonard’s to deliver on time, on budget and with an extremely satisfied client.
Kieran Riley
Kieran's can-do approach has been shown significantly over the last few weeks while trying to resolve issues.
Kieran is communicative in problem solving methodologies, then putting those practices into action and he is constantly working towards a better outcome for all projects that he interacts with.
Kieran is always accepting new challenges and tight timeframes to have matters resolved across multiple projects.
I am yet to hear Kieran say that something cannot be done; his full effort is put into everything he tackles and always with commendable results.
Ardo Joevere
Ardo as earned the honest respect of his peers on the ground through his integrity and transparency of his work.
He certainly has a 'Can Do Approach', comes to work on Saturdays (does extra) to make sure tasks are completed to aid in the project progressing.
Ardo communicates effectively with the various teams on the projects he looks after. He collaborates well to make sure he covers what's required to the best of his abilities.
He shows a positive attitude and strong work ethic to his day-to-day behavior. And is always happy to go out of his way to help wherever he can.
Saganjit Kaur
During her teammate’s absence, Jit demonstrated a can-do approach and stepped up to ensure continuity of work. She displayed a notable increase in confidence, and her proactive, can-do approach was evident during this time.
