A $5.75M penthouse sale at Lily Lane, Castle Hill by Ellipse Property has set a new local apartment price record, showing just how strongly premium buyers respond when a project is clearly positioned and brought to market with confidence. Purchased by a local downsizer, the four-bedroom residence sold for around 75% above the previous record of $3.3M.

That momentum was already building earlier in the campaign, with more than 40% of the first release sold within six weeks of launch.
