This morning onsite.

Even before its transformation, this patch of land restores the mind and body.

The winter sun broke through, birdsong filled the air - and the scent of the trees, subtle as it is, went about its quiet work.

It’s thanks to compounds like phytoncides - natural oils released by trees - that time spent in nature can boost the immune system, calm the nervous system, and lift the mood.

Captured today, but it’s the kind of stillness and magic we hope will always remain here.
