We have some exciting news to share with you regarding the growth and future of our business. Over the next few weeks, we will be officially changing our trading name from Shellharbour Marina Real Estate to Shellharbour Real Estate Agency.

While our original name was a fantastic launchpad for our business and a big part of our early success, we found that it sometimes gave the impression we exclusively specialise in Marina properties or solely within the immediate Shellharbour area.

We want to make sure we represent ourselves accurately within the market, as our true reach is much broader. Our portfolio across sales, rentals, and holiday accommodations covers the greater region:

Sales Success: We have achieved record prices not only in Shellharbour but also across surrounding suburbs, extending from Flinders right through to Calderwood.

Property Management: Our rental property footprint continues to expand across the greater region, actively managing homes throughout the Shellharbour region from Windang to Calderwood to Kiama.

Holiday Management: We recently rebranded our short-term rental business from Shellharbour Marina Holiday Accommodation to Shellharbour Accommodation for these exact same reasons. We now manage over 30 holiday properties across Shellharbour, Shell Cove, Flinders, Windang, Warilla, and Oak Flats.
