Grateful for the opportunity to speak at the Event over the weekend 🙏🏽

I shared insights on different property investment strategies across Victoria, how to identify what actually works for you as an investor, and unpacked a big question we discussed on the day:
greenfield investments vs renovating inner-suburban properties.

Both strategies can absolutely work — but the real differentiator is understanding cost to execute vs return. Too often, investors overcommit upfront without fully accounting for the true costs, which can limit flexibility and long-term outcomes.

A big thank you to the audience, (Mr President) and his incredible team, and for putting together such a powerful and well-run workshop. The questions from the room were sharp, thoughtful, and exactly what these conversations need.
