Such a lovely way to start the morning. Today we attended the Maroochydore Surf Club for the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network ‘Meet the 2026 Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year Award Winners’ Breakfast’

A huge congratulations to all of this year’s winners. It was so inspiring to hear more about your individual journeys, your businesses, the challenges along the way and what continues to drive you.

One of the things we love most about mornings like this is being reminded that there is no one path to success. Every story is different, and often it’s the lessons, challenges and people we meet along the way that shape us the most.

What a wonderful night Nat had speaking at the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network Professional Development Series.
Tonight was all about something Nat is incredibly passionate about sales, connection and genuine engagement.
For Nat, great sales has never been about simply “selling” to someone. It’s about understanding people, building trust, creating real connections and having the confidence to show up as yourself.

What is one of the biggest misconceptions about being a real estate agent?

That it’s only about listing homes, opening doors and negotiating contracts. Often these are the easy things!

The reality is that so much of what we do happens behind the scenes. We don't share it on social media or in newsletters. It’s listening, preparing, problem-solving, supporting people through big life decisions and genuinely caring about the outcome not just the sale of the property.

Every property has a story, but more importantly, every person does too and that’s the part of real estate we will always value most. That is the part that gets us up in the morning.
