Your table seats six. Upstairs seats Everybody. The Residents Club lounge gives you even more room to spread out and play

St Clair was designed for the moments that don’t fit in an apartment kitchen. Birthday BBQs on the rooftop and Sunset drinks, dinners in the private dining room in the lounge downstairs. Christmas with the whole family, Room for everyone, without the extra house.

We don’t buy sites because they’re available. Every one has to tick six boxes first.

Close to employment. Close to transport. Close to everyday amenity. Close to lifestyle and recreation. Close to waterways and green space. Close to health and education.

The best homes feel lived-in from day one.

That’s why our design team thinks about texture as much as layout. They choose tactile, natural finishes that bring warmth to every room and hold up to everyday life.

Homes people want to live in, by Habitat.

A little of the French Riviera, on Lake Kawana.

Esperance began with a feeling: soft lines, generous balconies and light that moves across the building through the day. The design takes its cue from the Riviera’s relaxed coastal elegance, then shapes it for Sunshine Coast living.

Rivianne is approved ✔️

That’s 1,100 construction jobs for the Sunshine Coast. Local trades, local suppliers and local businesses will help shape the next chapter of the Maroochydore C*D.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far, from our design team and partners to the community who shared their thoughts along the way.

More to come in 2027!

Some people move here for the beaches. Most stay for the pace.

Life on the Sunshine Coast moves with the water: lakes, rivers, creeks and coastline, never far from your front door. Mornings start slower. Weekends feel longer. And the view on the way home is better than any commute you’ve had before.

If you’ve been thinking about the move, this is your sign.

Natural stone, warm timber, and curves you can run your hand along.

At St Clair, the small things got the same attention as the big ones. Joinery that lines up. Stone chosen for how it wears, not just how it photographs. Balcony edges shaped to soften the light.

You might not notice every detail. You’ll feel them all.

Everything you need, right where you are.

The Millwell sits on Cornmeal Creek, next door to Sunshine Plaza and in the heart of Maroochydore. Dinner, shopping, the beach and the city’s best coffee are all close by, so most days the car can stay parked.

Two towers of apartments and penthouses, finished with a rooftop with the Coast’s first 25m infinity-edge rooftop pool made for slow evenings above it all.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on the St Clair rooftop last night.

It was a great evening with members of the Kawana Chamber of Commerce and Maroochydore Chamber of Commerce . We shared good conversation, a sunset over Lake Kawana and a first look at Esperance before its wider release.

Supporting local business connections matters to us, and it was a pleasure to host so many of the people who make the Coast what it is.

There's a reason so many of our homes look out over water.

When we choose a site, we look for a connection to it, whether that's a lake, a creek or the coastline. Being near water changes how people live. A walk around the lake before work. A swim to reset. Ending the day on the balcony with the breeze coming off the water.

So we design with that in mind. Balconies face the view, light comes in deep, and the shared spaces encourage residents to slow down, from resort pools to the Wellness Centre at Esperance.

Lake Kawana at St Clair and Esperance. Cornmeal Creek at The Millwell. Chosen on purpose, for the way people want to live.
