Simon and his wife Suzette have lived in many parts of the Eastern Sea Board of Australia including Sydney, Tamworth in rural New South Wales and Brisbane. Their attraction to holiday on the Sunshine Coast extends back over thirty years, so much so they chose Twin Waters to make their home. Simon and Suzette have owned twenty properties and carried out both major and minor improvements to them dur

ing their ownership, giving a firsthand experience in preparing and maximising properties potential. This wealth of knowledge has provided Simon with an ability to provide invaluable advice to ensure the premium market value is achieved. Simon’s personal ethos is to never leave anything behind in a transaction and always ensures he works tirelessly for the best result possible. Simon enjoyed an extensive career in the motor industry, as high as the prestige lamborghini market running and owning a number of businesses with a focus on customer service and communication. His passion for sales and being a leader in the motor industry he needed a new career path, given his love for property the decision to move to a real estate career was an exciting new start. He personally chose Ray White Mooloolaba after both his and Suzette’s exceptional experiences with their sales and property management team who are regarded as market leaders both locally and nationally. Joining Ray White the largest real estate company in the southern hemisphere was a well researched move. Combined with a network of seven offices here on the Sunshine Coast employing of over eighty people, the decision was easy to make. On Friday 20 March, leave the car at home and step aboard the Silver Bullet for a relaxed evening journey through the beautiful Mary Valley.

Departing from the historic Gympie Station, you’ll settle in for a scenic rail experience while enjoying a local tasting plate served onboard, with bar facilities available to keep the refreshments flowing as the countryside rolls by.

When we arrive in Amamoor, the evening continues at the Friends of Amamoor Cheers & Beers Night on the Village Green. Take your time to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, grab dinner from the Village Green Cafe, enjoy a drink from the bar and soak up the community vibe before boarding the train for the return journey.

It’s the perfect way to spend a Friday night - great food, local flavours and a heritage rail journey all rolled into one.
