Recognition: Archer & Albert

The launch marked an exciting introduction to Chatswood, with more than $50 million in sales over the VIP weekend.

From breaking ground to building momentum.

Earlier this year, we turned the sod at Waterloo marking the beginning of a significant new chapter for the project.

Located in Sydney’s inner city, Waterloo will deliver much-needed housing at scale, with Build-to-Rent living operated by Nation alongside retail, hospitality, wellbeing and public spaces designed to bring residents and the wider community together.

Designed by SJB, Bates Smart, Curious Practice Practice and Chenchow Little Architects the precinct brings together diverse architectural perspectives to create a considered neighbourhood that responds to its inner-city setting.

Recently approved as the largest housing development through the NSW Housing Delivery Authority pathway to date, Waterloo represents an important step forward in the delivery of well-located housing.
