Formation: Nation, Erskineville.

Part of The Erskineville Village Precinct, Nation Erskineville will bring 1,075 Build to Rent apartments to one of Sydney’s most connected inner-city neighbourhoods.

Designed by Bates Smart and BVN, with landscape architecture by Turf Design Studio, the community will include studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, shared wellness, co-working and resident spaces, alongside retail and public spaces designed to support everyday life.

Once complete, the project will be operated by Nation, Coronation’s Build to Rent platform, delivering a more seamless and elevated rental experience.

A major milestone for one of Parramatta’s most ambitious projects — 8 Phillip Street has been named a finalist in the Residential $60 Million+ category at the 2026 AIB NSW Professional Excellence Awards.

Standing 65 storeys high in the heart of Parramatta, this landmark development brings together the city’s first QT Hotel, premium residences, and a vibrant dining precinct connected to Eat Street.

Designed in partnership with Woods Bagot, the project reflects the continued transformation of Parramatta into Sydney’s second CBD.

Paper Mill Precinct, Liverpool

A mixed-use residential and retail precinct positioned along the Georges River in Liverpool. Comprising five residential buildings — The Paper Mill, The Bindery, The Foundry and The Gild — the masterplan was architecturally designed by Woods Bagot and SJB, with landscape design by Aspect Studios.

The precinct seamlessly integrates contemporary apartments with landscaped public spaces, retail offerings and waterfront dining, creating a vibrant urban destination.

A new standard of luxury in Erkineville.

Designed by Silvester Fuller, Lillian is a sculptural new address created for a truly rare Erskineville location.

Blending premium finishes, refined amenity and thoughtful design, Lillian reflects the character of the neighbourhood while introducing a new standard of inner-city living.

Named after Lillian Fowler, Australia’s first female mayor and a proud champion of the local community, the project pays tribute to the people and stories that have shaped Erskineville.

Ashbury Terraces has been named a finalist in The Urban Developer Industry Excellence Awards for Development of the Year – High Density Residential (Under 200).

Designed by SJB in collaboration with 360 Degrees Landscape Architects, the project brings together 74 apartments, three penthouses and 59 terrace garden homes, creating a diverse residential offering with a strong sense of cohesion.

Set within the heritage-listed suburb of Ashbury, the design draws on the area’s character and history, delivering a response that feels both grounded and contemporary.

A considered approach to density, liveability and context, recognition that reflects a project aligned with how people want to live today.
