I’m here to solve all three so you can make confident and clever investment decisions. I have a diverse range of experience across the performing arts, media, marketing, comms and real estate – all of which come together to create someone who you want by your side during the whole property-buying journey. I’ve been interested in property investment since my early 20s. Yet, I didn’t know much at that time and unfortunately listened to the wrong people who had no experience or knowledge of the industry. This is what inspired me to become the Property Strategist I am today - I vowed to be the property professional that everyone and anyone could depend on. I now hold a Real Estate Licence and a Diploma in Direct Marketing on top of my Mass Communications Degree. I’ve also completed several Personal Development courses and am now recognised as an NLP Qualified Practitioner. But above all these, I am a property investor myself – so I know what it feels like to navigate this complex journey, and I have the hands-on experience, the property market knowledge and the strong network to help you achieve financial freedom and become independently wealthy through property. As a Strategist, I’m determined to be the right person I wish I had the chance to work with when I was starting my property investment journey. So, I strive to make sure that every property investor I collaborate with (both the seasoned and the aspiring ones) benefit from my expertise. My unique 3-step process

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mum of 2 (3, if you count my cavoodle, Millie) – my “why” is my family. I’m also a performer (theatre, opera RSLs – you name it!) and even there I love to entertain and give people what they expect from a performer – hence the “Property Diva” title. In everything I do, I’m known to give my 100%, so you can trust me to walk my talk and fully support you across your entire property investment journey. There's a difference between buying a property and having a property strategy. And I think it's one of the most important distinctions in this whole space. 🔍

A property is an asset. A strategy is the plan that determines which asset, in which market, at which time, structured in which way, to get you to a specific outcome.

I see people buy properties without strategies all the time. They find something they like the look of, the numbers seem okay, and they go ahead. And sometimes it works out fine. But more often, they end up with an asset that doesn't really connect to anything - not to their tax position, not to their borrowing capacity for the next purchase, not to any clear vision of where they're trying to get to.

When you have a strategy first, every decision has a context. You know what you're buying and why. You know how it fits into the bigger picture. You know what comes next.

That's the conversation I have with every single client before we ever look at a property. And it changes everything about the way the process feels and the outcomes it produces.

Something I love about buying into the right development at the right stage is that you can actually create equity before you've even settled.

You lock in today's price, and construction typically takes twelve months or more. In a market where values keep moving, the gap between what you paid and what it's worth at completion can be really significant.

I experienced this personally with my own duplex, which appreciated by $300,000 during the construction phase, before a single tenant had moved in or a single wall was painted.

Does that always happen? Of course not, and I'd never suggest otherwise. It depends on the location, the developer, how well the research has been done, and what the market is doing. Getting those things right is exactly what I help my clients with.

But when it comes together, it's a pretty wonderful way to start building wealth.
