COSGROVE PRECINCT 6 — TAKING SHAPE!

Another fantastic aerial view from Mendi Constructions, showcasing the progress happening across Stage 601 and Stage 602 at Cosgrove Estate.

There’s plenty happening on site, with some exciting milestones underway!

Stage 601
Acoustic fencing and retaining wall installation is now approximately halfway complete, while pedestrian pathways are being laid throughout the stage. These works are really starting to shape the streetscape and bring Stage 601 closer to completion.

Stage 602
The roadways have now been cut out, giving us our first clear look at the layout of the new stage, and we have to say, it’s very exciting to see it taking shape!

Water main and sewer infrastructure installation is also underway in Stage 602, marking another important step forward in the civil construction process.

Looking ahead, landscaping is expected to commence soon, adding those finishing touches and bringing the streetscape to life.

It’s fantastic to see Cosgrove Precinct 6 progressing across both stages. Every milestone brings us one step closer to the next chapter of this growing community.

NON-STOP ACTION AT COSGROVE ESTATE!

There’s plenty happening on site at Cosgrove Estate, with the team at Mendi Constructions on powering ahead across multiple fronts!

From relocating the site compound, pouring fresh concrete paths and kerbs, and laying essential services, to major works progressing along the Bayswater Road extension, there’s action everywhere you look!

They are also shaping the massive 5-megalitre bioretention basin, that’s an incredible 5,000m³, equivalent to around 2 Olympic-sized swimming pools!

Add to that major bulk earthworks underway in Precinct 5, and it’s clear there’s plenty of progress happening across Cosgrove.

Behind every milestone is an incredible team of hardworking people. We couldn’t be prouder of the dedication, drive and commitment the Mendi Constructions team brings to the project every day.
