When: 4pm - 5pm Thursday 18, 2026.

Houses are going under contract quickly. We're opening up 7-10 homes weekly for viewing. It may be worth calling our office to find out if homes opened up the previous week are also under contract to prevent missing out on homes with the same design/layout.

Pricing on the website includes the purchase of the home and a transport and restumping fee.

They do contain asbestos in the eaves, gable ends. Majority are weatherboard exterior and masonite interior. So, bu**er all basically. Only a handful have asbestos sheeting on the outside. We have full asbestos reports available should you be interested.

The 3 bedroom homes are currently going under contract for $110,000 - $160,000

If it wasn’t for the service we provide, houses like this end up in landfill.

A couple of nights ago we transported the home out of the city, and brought her into our storage facility and yes, we do charge to take houses away but the charge is a fraction of the cost to demolish.

You are required to wear enclosed shoes.

This Saturday we will be opening the homes on Ferris Court, and Chambers St, Aitkenvale for inspection.

When: Saturday 13 June
Time: 1pm to 2pm

Houses are separated into three pricing categories so when you offer a price, please ensure you ask which pricing category they are in. We had 60 people through our last open home inspections and because they were unaware of the pricing the structure, they missed out on securing a home.

You are required to wear enclosed shoes.

The houses contain asbestos. Asbestos registers will be available to view on the day.

Renewable Homes are seeking experienced roofers and house stumpers! We are a business who pride ourselves in saving perfectly good homes from landfill and transporting homes throughout North Queensland to families in need of an affordable solution. Full time positions available for fit and keen individuals with experience in roofing and the house Raising/Restumping industry. Applicants must have a white card.

Requirements to be successful in these roles (Roofers and House Stumpers):
- Experience in house raising and house stumping (House Stumpers)
- Experience in Roofing (Roofers)
- White Card
- A can-do attitude
- A high level of physical fitness as you will spend your days outdoors and on your feet
- The ability to work hands-on as a team player
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures, safety is our priority.

What we offer:
- These are full-time positions, Monday to Friday. There will occasionally be a requirement for Saturday work and stay away work
- A fun, supportive business environment to those who want to work and learn
- $40 to $45 per hour

A 1920s Queenslander sat at Warrina Park, Innisfail for years abandoned. Formally the caretakers residence, the home was succumbed to abuse from some locals who frequent the park.

The local Council reached out to us asking if we could take the home away to prevent further destruction. Otherwise Council would’ve been looking at a hefty demolishing bill. And so we did.

The home will now receive renovations and provide a hard working family in the Tablelands an opportunity to own a piece of Queensland’s iconic architecture as well as an affordable option to owning their own home that is becoming more out of reach to many Australians.

Our amazing team saved yet another home from landfill. Well done to the crew. They endured horrendous weather while preparing and transporting the home. Working long days while the weather gave us a break.
