A very special milestone for Satterley and Telethon7 Perth.

Last night, we joined our partners and supporters to officially unveil the 2026 Telethon Home at Clementine Estate in Upper Swan.

Built by Blueprint Homes on a 596sqm block donated by Satterley, this year’s four-bedroom family home overlooks the sparkling below-ground pool to the Ellen Brook Foreshore Reserve.

For Satterley, our connection with the Telethon Home is one of the proudest and most enduring parts of our history.

We have donated the land for the Telethon Home every year since 1980, helping this iconic WA initiative raise vital funds for sick, vulnerable and disadvantaged children and their families. This year also marks the 54th year that our Founder and Chief Executive, Nigel Satterley AM, has been personally involved with the Telethon Home, an extraordinary commitment and something our entire team is incredibly proud of.

Thank you to Blueprint Homes Chief Executive Craig Park and his team, Telethon Chairman Richard Goyder AO, 2026 Telethon Home Ambassador Nic Naitanui, and the many contractors, suppliers and businesses who have generously donated their time, expertise, services and products to bring this year's Home to life.

The Telethon Home has raised more than $30 million over its history, and we are proud to continue playing our part in this remarkable Western Australian tradition.

The 2026 Telethon Home officially opens to the public this Saturday, 5 September from 12pm to 5pm. We encourage everyone to come along, take a look through this exceptional home and support a cause that means so much to Western Australians.

Our 2026 Home for a Cure at Heartford in Donnybrook is complete, and we are now counting down to auction day on Saturday 3 October.

The beautiful four-bedroom home has been built by Henley Homes on a 400sqm block donated by Satterley, with proceeds supporting My Room Children’s Cancer Charity and its vital work helping children and families impacted by cancer.

Recently, CommBank Socceroos legend Archie Thompson joined My Room CEO Dieter Buchler at the home to plant an olive tree in the front garden, a meaningful symbol of courage, hope and resilience for every child and family facing childhood cancer.

Satterley has proudly supported My Room and the Home for a Cure initiative since 2018, donating land each year to help raise funds for this important cause.

We are incredibly proud to once again partner with My Room and Henley to bring the Home for a Cure to life, and look forward to what we hope will be another fantastic result on auction day.

It was great to welcome representatives from across Melbourne’s homebuilding industry to Kingswood Melbourne in Dingley Village for our Builders Breakfast on Monday.

The morning provided an opportunity to share more about our vision for Kingswood, discuss the range of housing opportunities planned for the community, and hear directly from our builder partners.

There is a great deal of enthusiasm about what Kingswood will bring to this established Bayside location, with a diverse mix of town houses, family homes and residential lots, all set within a high-quality landscaped community.

Exciting progress for families at Aarya Estate with the new Piara Waters West Primary School-planning name on track to welcome students from Term 1, 2027.

Aarya Estate Manager Richard Cull recently caught up with incoming Principal Mesha Steel to hear more about plans for the new school and see how construction is progressing.

The school will cater for students from Kindergarten to Year 6, along with an Endorsed Education Support Program. On site, the Administration, Education Support and Early Childhood buildings are nearing completion, with work on car parking areas and driveways now commencing. New basketball courts are also under construction and will be available for the wider community to enjoy.

Preparations for opening are well underway, with recruitment commencing and positions now advertised through Jobs WA. Enrolment applications are also available to collect from Piara Waters Senior High School and can be submitted and processed at the high school’s Administration building each Monday.

It’s fantastic to see another important piece of community infrastructure taking shape close to Aarya, giving local families access to more education and recreation opportunities.

Construction is officially underway on Stage 2 of South Central Jandakot, bringing us another step closer to delivering what will become Australia’s largest homemaker centre.

Yesterday, Satterley joined Centuria Capital Group and CIP Constructions to mark the milestone with an official sod turning at the site.

Set to open in September 2027, the $178 million Stage 2 expansion will deliver more than 36,400sqm of showroom and large format retail space across seven buildings, complemented by hospitality offerings and more than 800 car bays. Together with Stage 1, South Central will have a development end value of approximately $338 million.

With strong interest already being received from national retailers, South Central is set to establish a new benchmark for large format retail in Australia, while supporting continued investment, employment and growth in the City of Cockburn.

Best Marketing Campaign Finalist | Seaside Estate Display Village Launch

The Seaside Display Village launch transformed a traditional display village opening into an immersive lifestyle experience that showcased the essence of coastal living. Featuring 12 leading WA builders, the campaign combined experiential marketing, placemaking and strategic storytelling to create meaningful engagement with prospective buyers.

Visitors enjoyed a range of family-friendly activations inspired by WA’s beach culture, including live entertainment, sand sculpting, surf lifesaving experiences and interactive builder displays.

AFLW champion Daisy Pearce further amplified the campaign through ambassador-led home tours and digital content that continues to support builder and community marketing efforts.
