Outstanding Property Manager – A True Professional

Amy from Nottage Real Estate has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from day one. She manages our rental property with complete professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. SEEKING LONG-TERM RENTAL – FLEURIEU / ADELAIDE HILLS

We are assisting a lovely gentleman to find a long-term rental home in the Fleurieu Peninsula or Adelaide Hills region.

About the tenant:
-Vietnam veteran with stable, guaranteed lifetime income
-Weekly cleaner included in his support package
-Practical, respectful and community-minded
-Excellent rental history (written references available)
-Non-smoker with a quiet lifestyle
-Flexible move-in any time between now and February

Property preferences:
-Powered double garage / shed or usable workshop space (essential)
-3 bedrooms, or 2 bedrooms + study
-Approx. $600 per week
-The shed/workshop is very important as he spends most of his days there. He is a retired “maker” who designs, builds and repairs old steam engines using engineering equipment (lathes, milling machines, welders, etc.).

We currently don’t have anything suitable available in our rental portfolio, so we’re reaching out to the community in case someone has, or knows of, a property that may be a good fit.
